Well #3 Pump Replacement Request for Proposals
The City of San Antonio is accepting proposals from qualified contractors to award a contract for replacement of the pump at Well No. 3.
Bidders shall provide one (1) original, two (2) copies (collated in sets), and one (1) USB drive or optical disc containing the proposal in PDF/A format of the bid, and all required bid submittal data including any bidder generated specifications, drawings, etc. The above shall be enclosed within a sealed envelope with the words:
“SEALED BID NO. 2-2021; WELL NO. 3 PUMP REPLACEMENT CONTRACT”
and the Bidder’s name and address clearly shown on the outside thereof. Materials must be delivered on or before MONDAY, DECEMBER 20TH 2021 AT 2:00 PM, addressed:

Interested contractors may contact the City Clerk by fax (352) 588-2135, voice (352) 588-2127, or email cityclerk@sanantonioflorida.org to obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP). Information about the contract, and additional information relative to this RFP may be requested from the City Clerk as well. Written questions may be submitted to the City for possible response until the close of business MONDAY, DECEMBER 13TH, 2021.
