Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of the below listed ordinances at public hearings to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

ORDINANCE NO. 07-2021
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE KEITH J. POKORNY PROPERTY, COUNTY PARCEL NUMBER 35-24-20-0000-00700-0010, PURSUANT TO A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, PASCO, COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING INTENT, SHORT TITLE AND FINDINGS PURSUANT TO STATUTE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
ORDINANCE NO. 08-2021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR UNIFORMITY IN VARIANCE REQUESTS BEING HEARD BY THE CITY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 70, ARTICLE 1, DIVISION 7; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 74, ARTICLE II, DIVISION 3 AND PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 82, SECTION 82-13 OF THE CITY CODE, ALL BEING AMENDED TO CHANGE VARIANCE CASES BEING HEARD BY THE CITY COMMISSION TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE CITY COMMISSION TO HEAR VARIANCE CASES IF THE CITY IS UNABLE TO SCHEDULE A BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT CASE IN A REASONABLE TIME PERIOD; PROVIDING FOR A UNIFORM VARIANCE FEE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
ORDINANCE NO. 09-2021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO FLORIDA AMEDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPRHENSIVE PLAN; CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF PARCEL 02-25-20-0000-00100-0010 FROM AGRICULTURE TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested persons can appear and be heard on these Ordinances at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinances and metes and bounds descriptions may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the City of San Antonio Commission in public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he/she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she many need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which will include the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based (Florida Statute 286.105). Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
