Notice of Public Hearings
Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of Ordinance 01-2021, regarding golf cart operation within city limits, and Ordinance 02-2021, regarding transportation impact fees, at a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

ORDINANCE NO. 01-2021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING GOLF CART OPERATION ON DESIGNATED CITY ROADWAYS; PROVIDING FOR LEGISLATIVE PURPOSE AND INTENT; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTE SECTION 316.212 FS; PROVIDING FOR DEFINITIONS, DESIGNATING ROADS WHERE OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS IS AUTHORIZED, ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS RELATING TO OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS ON DESIGNATED ROADS AND STRICTER REGULATIONS FOR UNLICENSED DRIVERS; PROVIDING FOR THE PLACEMENT OF SIGNAGE, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, AND PENALTIES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
ORDINANCE NO. 02-2021
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA AMENDING THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES ORDINANCE; ESTABLISHING FINDINGS; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE 2007-02 TO PROVIDE AUTHORIZATION FOR MORE EXTENSIVE USE OF THE TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEES; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL, 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter discussed at any meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings for such purposes, and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, per Florida Statute 286.0105. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
