Notice of Public Hearing - Pokorny Annexation
Notice is given that the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of an annexation of property pursuant to Ordinance No. 07-2021 at the regular meeting of the San Antonio City Commission to be held:

ORDINANCE NO. 07-2021
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE KEITH J. POKORNY PROPERTY, COUNTY PARCEL NUMBER 35-24-20-0000-00700-0010, PURSUANT TO A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, PASCO, COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING INTENT, SHORT TITLE AND FINDINGS PURSUANT TO STATUTE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The property to be annexed is owned by the Keith J. Pokorny, is identified as Pasco County Parcel Number 35-24-20-0000-00700-0010, and is outlined in the map below. The property is a + 17.72 acre parcel and is generally located approximately 60 feet north of Darby Road, east of and contiguous to what would be a northern extension of Antonio Way across Darby Road, extending approximately 1314 feet east of Pugh Road.
Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance and metes and bounds description may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter discussed at any meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings for such purposes, and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, per Florida Statute 286.0105. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
