Notice is given that the Commission of the City of San Antonio, Florida will consider approval of Ordinance No. 05-2022, regarding commercial zoning usages, at a public hearing to be held during the regular commission meeting scheduled:

ORDINANCE NO. 05-2022
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES, SPECIFICALLY AMENDING CHAPTER 82, SECTION 82-6, ADDING “DATA PROCESSING SERVICES” AS A NEW PERMITTED USE IN THE C-1 ZONING DISTRICT; AND AMENDING SECTION 82-7, ADDING “MINI WAREHOUSE/SELF-STORAGE,” “CONTRACTOR’S OFFICE & STORAGE,” “SHOPPING CENTER,” “CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING,” “BOWLING ALLEY,” “DRIVE-IN THEATERS,” “GOLF COURSE,” “HOSPITAL” AND “AIRCRAFT LANDING PADS” AS NEW PERMITTED USES IN THE C-2 ZONING DISTRICT; AND AMENDING SECTION 82-11, PROVIDING SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS FOR “MINI-WAREHOUSE/SELF-STORAGE” FACILITIES, AND “CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING” USES; AND AMENDING SECTION 82-15, PROVIDING PARKING STANDARDS FOR “MINI WAREHOUSE/SELF-STORAGE” FACILITIES AND “CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING” USES; AND AMENDING SECTION 82-1, PROVIDING DEFINITIONS FOR “CAR WASH & AUTO DETAILING” USES AND “CONTRACTOR’S OFFICE & STORAGE”; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Interested persons can appear and be heard on this Ordinance at the Commission Meeting by attending the meeting and signing the request form. Copies of background materials, the complete proposed ordinance may be reviewed or obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 32819 Pennsylvania Avenue, San Antonio, FL, 33576 M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Commission with respect to any matter discussed at any meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings for such purposes, and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based, per Florida Statute 286.0105. Verbatim transcripts are not furnished by the City.
