Notice of Construction Start: Palm Ridge Dr.

Palm Ridge Drive  

Drainage & Paving Construction  

anticipated to commence the week of  

May 6th, 2024. 

Construction crews from DB Civil Construction are anticipated to be in the area during this time. 

Residents with irrigation systems are encouraged to check for any lines or sprinkler heads located in the City’s right-of-way. Lines discovered during construction will be capped and flagged. 

Additional notices will be issued to residents of Palm Ridge Drive as construction dates are established. Notice of any construction work that may result in restricted street or driveway access will be provided in advance to help residents plan accordingly.
